Lipstain

This gorgeous image is a collaboration with visiting Filipino photographer Paul Frederick, the fabulous designer/stylist Rachel Lutz and the very lovely, impossibly photogenic model Jeannie King.  For this effort we were outdoors at Fort Canning park in Singapore.  I had a full day of work and needed to make sure the makeup stayed because (at least tried to).

Lip stains are a heaven send for situations like the one I described, here Bourjois Rouge Hi-Tech was applied. How does a lip stain work? It is a gloss free water tint on your lips. It feels as if you don’t have lipstick!

PS. If you want to try a home-made lip stain, go to your kitchen and grab some gelatin or Jell-O as it is called in the USA. Best to use is either a strawberry or cherry flavour, grab a cotton bud to avoid staining your fingers and if you want a bit of gloss, blend with some lip balm.
